Here is another picture showing the MIVA 1219 Pyrex Capolineas embossing.

The embossing on the left capolinea reads "Pyrex" and the capolinea on the right reads " CAP 1219 Pyrex and 1959"

Both of these are great specimans of the larger Capolineas.
