Recycling Korbel boxes to store insulators : Step seven

I bring up the subject of recycling Korbel boxes each year around New Year's as this is the time of year when Korbel boxes are available in quantity from liquor stores.

I am posting the following photo story to show how to ideally resize them for the purpose of storing insulators.

This picture shows the dividers disassembled. I find that using a table saw is the quickest way to cut them all the same size. I was surprised to find that a table saw cuts cardboard edges as cleanly as it does. Notice I am removing 3 1/4" from each side accomplished in 2 passes, one for each side to keep the height of the dividers equal to the height of the divider slots. These are the length dividers.
