Just snagged this "domer" from "U-know-who" over there in Belarus ;-) Peacock blue, or perhaps a very dark cornflower blue, this Steklo Zavod Neman "C3H" measures 3 inches diameter by 4 3/8 inches tall. Has a couple of wee skirt and base nibblets.

Successfully dodged a few stray incoming rounds from a "sniper" situated somewhere to the north and west of this location, probably in or near Petrograd ;-)

Very similar to a JSN (J Stolle Niemen) from Poland which would have been produced prior to WWII. I'll post a photo of the two side by side after this one arrives.
