All I can say about this insulator is that it is the most stunningly beautiful porcelain insulator I have ever seen in a collection or found myself in the wild... Outside of some of my Fred Locke finds It is my all time favorite wild crafted find ! It is nearly 100% complete with each skirt being split into only a very few large pieces, making for a very easy repair . I recovered the top this last summer and Paul Greaves and I together recovered the lower skirts this last fall three days before the Springfield show. You can really see the clear similarity's in these two Ralph Mershon designed insulators
