I immediately thought of this piece when ICON's discussion turned to "red" porcelain insulators. Although this piece has been in the hobby for some time, few have seen it. The insulator was pulled off of a house in Willimantic, Connecticut years ago by a local collector who was then working as a lineman and has since changed hands once and is now in the collection of Phil Mayhew.
