From the same linemen's collection as the CD 143 No Embossing tall variant, I found this Cornflower blue. I have been searching for one of these for awhile as well. I knew they were used in Nova Scotia throughout the province, but it took me 8 years to track one down. The Cornflower Dominion may be one of the prettiest insulators in the hobby, IMO.
