I have a Hemah cobalt blue insulator collection shown here and just received a Cobalt Blue Error set. The Right Hemah is upside down embossed and the center one is upside down embossed 1967. The left insulator has a Military service award pin attached which I think makes it stand out very proudly. 43 years of service to the Russian community.
