[id=267617546] Don't see any insulators on these falling crossarms. Maybe some are still in the water below. I doubt it though. They were most likely washed down stream and under mud by now. I've seen many a flood waters with extremely strong currents around the base of these piers pretty much on a yearly bases. I have thought many times about going out to check anyway. That is when it is low tide. The Hudson river is about 1/2 mile from this bridge. [id=180027860]
