Script embossing (1893-1895) makes this one of the earliest Hemingray No.9's. This mould profile has that cool flared-out skirt at the base that some collectors get excited about. Not often seen for sale. Base and drips are close to perfect on this one. Has a half dozen pecks on the rear, a couple of which make for a 1/2" rough patch on the upper wire ridge. Displays perfect. Hard to find them better. $26 + actual postage.
