CD 214 Telegrafos with 1 inch Carbon Skirt Bubble

Here is a golden amber CD 214 Telegrafos Nacionales piece. Typical long drips. Unique 1 inch grayish-blackish carbon bubble to skirt above and to the right of the rear embossing with an upward trail of stuff into the wire groove area - upper right skirt section in photo (I have a detailed photo of the bubble - just ask). Don't think I have seen one of these with junk? Inside of 2 drips sliced at left mold line. Also what looks like a reglued base flake that is 7 drips long under NAC and to the left towards the mold line - left side of photo (could just be a base bruise, but appears like a reglue).
