This line starts in the Town of Elbe 12 miles away and feeds a few small communities. It continues on another 17 miles up to the Paradise visitor center at 5000+ feet. Along the way it runs through a couple voltage regulators and then at a certain point the transformers stopped using the neutral as if it was a delta line. The netural continues on with the line but isn't used. This line was upgraded to 34.5 a few years back and it seems that's when the transformer tap change occured.

Here a transformer has an old trip-o-link fuse on one of the phases. I'm not sure how this works without flashing over?? The new 34.5cutout for the other phase is on the other side of the arm
