This is a 1971 Colorado Springs, Colo Nat'l Meet June 10-11, 1971 in blackglass. The condition is mint but it does have the bottom of the skirt buffed. Looks like there was an overpour that they probably smoothed out when made. Price is $100 plus shipping.
