Here's the hardware, forgot about the blurieness but it's alright. As you can see (maybe not, but it's pretty rusted so you get the idea), the first loop is competely rusted through and so it bears no weight. That's what al the wires are for, so if the hardware breaks the insulator doesn't smash through my deck.
