This companion (though not the same flared skirt and thin base rim) was found in the same bucket as the green HG Co. H on dome.[id=266192992] This one is CD 145 Index 020 in a blue aqua color (not quite Hemi Blue). Unlisted for this index, I did see an even more blue one at another shoppe but left it behind because of damage. Pleasant color in an otherwise common piece.
