When you think of the color citrine, a yellowish green, two insulators usually come to mind. First would be a CD 164 McLaughlin 20. That has to be one of my favorite insulators. Very nice and very expensive. Next in line would be the PSSA No9. Great color and not quite the hefty price of the McLaughlin. The PSSA comes in a varity of colors from aqua to the light greens and the tougher to find darker yellow and olive greens. The 2007 price guide lists 11 different color varities ranging from $20 to $400. The citrine is listed at $250 to $300. Now this particular citrine insulator is in excellent condition and loaded with bubbles and bits of slag. I am pricing this very good looking piece at about 1/2 price guide value and I`m going to pay the for the shipping. My price is $150. I will not ship until after Christmas unless you were to beg me. BTW, if you are using any of the older price guides, several of the color variations of the PSSA N09 are not listed. The most complete listing can be found on page 40 of the 2007 McDougald price guide....Merry Christmas!!!
