Perhaps of greater interest than even the insulators. Nahhh, probably not, but it is interesting. This appears to be the same / similar brickwork to that shown in the previous picture. Possibly another side of the same building, or an adjacent building. Note the more modern windows, but no aluminum soffits. Oh well, you can't have everything, although the electrical wiring does seem a bit neater. Perhaps the inspector checked this side of the building.
