I've not seen many [any] Russian porcelains with green stripes. My best guess is that these have been imported, possibly from Germany. Another colourful background for these neat looking insulators.

Zoltan Drinoczi of Hungary advises that these are indeed German made insulators from during the German occupation of Europe during WW2. Many of these insulators were simply re-used after the war ended.
