This style of small Russian insulator is fairly common, and usually sells for dirt cheap, but it is still an attractive color and shape, and that big bubble adds a bit of character. Probably one of the "extended" CD 568.* "family". I scored this one for just under a dollar (but the shipping was about 22 times that amount).
