CD 259 [010] base embossed Oakman. Has a milky trail that runs about 11 inches total around the dome. It looks like a beauty pageant banner across the front and like a big W and a 1 on the back. Character bubbles scattered throughout as well. Base is embossed "OAKMAN MFG CO. BOSTON. / PAT'D. JUNE 17, 1890, AUG. 19, 1890. Inner skirt is threaded and embossed CABLE on the front.
