This is EIN [060] that is embossed HEMINGRAY /4/ No 4 (R dome) PAT. DEC.19.1871 (R skirt) PATENT /A/ MAY 2 1893. Bold prismic embossing, blue aqua and V NM. 3 drips lightly flaked, one small, thin inside skirt chip and several tiny pecks. Include several tiny flakelets on the outer base corner edge just for complete accuracy. The embossing errors are hard to see because they are underneath bold embossing. $20 + shipping.
