Colombian Glaze up the ying-yang

This shot shows the underside glaze coverage, with lumps of glaze between the inner and outer skirts. With sand particles on the firing rings, and the lack of uniformity in the insulators. This picture is actually one that Gustavo sent to me, when telling me about the insulators. Of particular interest to me was the fact that while most of the threads were not colour glazed, the tops of the pin holes were, before the whole insulator was covered in clear glaze.
