This CD 145 2 Date American is a light blue color. Has some nice bubbles especially noticable in the dome. There are two small, shallow dome chips (see photo), a fairly small inner skirt chip and an arcing skirt fracture just about half way around the insulator. If you look carefully at the photo, you can spot the fracture about half way up the skirt on the left side. Oh, there is also an embossed 7 on the top of the dome.
