A view of Goat Hill with the pole gone. As much as I like old power poles, I have to admit that there is a nice natural view of the hill now, with the pole gone. I still don't know why it is called Goat Hill, I have never seen any goats. It's just a local name that stuck. I do know that it is steep enough that you feel like a mountain goat when you are up there! The owners keep the whole property well maintained. It would be a great place for a view house, if you had a few million!
