This is a cool old rams horn. The 'Mt. Washington' type. The glass is pale SCA. The wooden block is original to this piece. I purchased this some years ago at the Mt.Dora, FL antique flea market. The seller knew what it was, as she had a photocopy of some rams horn insulator patent with this item. She said that her husband picked it up in Ohio. I didn't ask if he bought it, or found it.
