Here are all three colors of the Jeffrey Mine Insulators... Left: [020] in hemingray blue; Middle: [001] in aqua/almost green aqua; Right: [030] in ice aqua. Aqua seems to be most common (relatively speaking), followed by hemi blue and then ice aqua. Note that this is the "old style" hemi blue, not as vibrant as the later color that you find with the Hemingray-95's.
