Here you can see #6 copper still on the insulators. Years ago after the open wire was removed, I hiked a section of this line picking up insulators and putting them on fence posts etc. for collectors to easily find. I did keep a Pyrex with #6 copper still tied on. Here is the link to the photo of that insulator. [id=259160145]
