CD 155 Armstrong miniature insulator on a glass pedestal base embossed "ARMSTRONG'S WHITALL TATUM COMMUNICATION INSULATORS" around the base. An A within a circle appears on each side of the insulator. This is a genuine salesman sample made well over 66 years ago. The measurements are 2 7/8" across the base and 2 1/4" tall. This is sitting on top of a clear glass salt shaker so the embossing can be seen better. The latest 2007 price guide lists this @ $350 - $400. Offered at a really sweet deal of @ $250.00 which includes the shipping. Insurance and delivery confirmation is at your option and cost however I do package very well. As far as provenance, I believe this piece is the same one pictured here [id=34631669] in 2002 based on the description and some aspects of the piece when enlarged.
