On left is a CD 113 Star in a dark yellow olive. Taken off a farmer line near Sprague, Wash. Center is a CD 120 PAT. APP. FOR . A very few of these were found in the Coeur d'Alene mining district of Idaho. Many were used in Nebraska. On right is a "shotgun skirt" Double Star with a skirt that is WAHOO! Mustard yellow-green, while the solid glass dome is blue-aqua with olive streaks. Just about awful, ain't it? This one came off a single ten pin arm line that ran through the big Ponderosa pines in NE Washington that was just full of these "shotguns", many were terrific mustard swirled, but this was by far the best! |
