This insulator has a very thick Milky Snotty Stringer that wraps completely around inside the dome. Sort of looks like a large P from the best view. That view is from the #3 side of the skirt where a 3/8" bubble is also visible at the base. There is a B on the front skirt and a glass dot at the top of the dome. This insulator has a major crack. However it is hardly seen when displayed as I mentioned above or the #3 side.
