This older B insulator is what put me into a gambling mood. I started searching through the large bucket to see what I might buy for $3 a pop. This was about the third one I picked up to look at and dusted of with a paper towel. Immediately I told myself I had to have this one after seeing the thick milky stringers wrapping around the dome. The owner of the shop just happened to pass by and I asked him a question that caught him by surprise. "How much would you want for all the insulators you have left in your store?", I asked. He had trouble thinking up a figure and responed with a "Make an offer". He accepted my offer of half a bill and I wondered if I had suddenly gone insane.
