First National Picture, Collector who sold the Frank Miller Commemoratives. The insulator show commemoratives we see each year at the Nationals..He was pushing for me to buy some of them and I remember him stating the yellow ones were rare. Can anyone let me know who this collector was. I remember he had the "B" CD 196's on his sales rack, as shown. Here he is displaying some Canadian purples in his hands and wide groove Brookfield.. I might think the guy behind the display in the back ground looks familiar too and Dennis Donovan in the far back.
