Claw top is 99% complete but had the tip of middle claw touched up and the tips of the other 2 claws repaired. Embossing is mostly original, including Hawley intertwined logo, with some of it( 12-9-02 date) being made into repair resin. Claw top is fractured but intact and does have pecks and fleebites. Lots of closeup photos on req. Very affordable hole filler for a very rare insulator.
