The CD 154 Dominion 42 is mint. The metal skirt is in very good condition. For certain the skirt was used with Dominions, although I`ve never seen it with an amber piece.THIS INSULATOR WAS OFFERED FOR $135. IT WAS SOLD FOR THAT PRICE, WHICH INCLUDED THE SHIPPING COST.
