A double arm pole with "pumpkin glaze" Lapp insulators in Seaside, Oregon. I am not totally positive but I think that these Lapps are U-836. The glaze color really stands out several blocks away when you look at it in the sunlight but it seems like every time I take a photo of one this color, the camera does not show the color well.
