I found a section of line with these pumpkin colored Lapp insulators. I had to walk through a marshy lowland along the river in Seaside to get close enough to get the pictures! This was originally Pacific Power's 22,000 volt main line from Astoria but has long been downgraded to 12,500. Note the clear glass dead-end bell!
