I had to take a trip to the next county north to get to the nearest Home Depot, 50 miles from home. Clatsop county, on the north Oregon coast is served by Pacific Power & Light Co. Traveling along Highway 101, after crossing the county line, I came upon this pole in Arch Cape, right on the ocean. I liked this small brown 2 skirt job, looking lonely with it's big bowl type brothers. I think it is a U-866 but am not sure. I obviously can't see how it's marked but I remember that there used to be more along this line than just this one. After various pole replacements by Pacific Power, it appears to be the only one now left in service!
