Here is a CD 133 W. Brookfield 55 Fulton St. with the three Cauvet's patents. It is aqua and has a milky goober swirl on the side of the threads that runs up and over the pinhole. There is also a white milky thread that loops down into the front skirt. I would call it very near mint. I am asking $8.00 plus actual shipping to the lower 48.
