Patent 1871 CD 133 vs 133.4

The insulator on the left is listed as a CD 133 and has no rear dome number. The insulator on the right has a rear dome number "3" and is listed as a CD 133.4 (so I always thought, maybe I'm wrong?). When side-by-side they sure look similar, just 1/8" difference in diameter. UPDATE: Both are now CD 133.
