A nice Round Dripped Hemingray No. 9 / Patent May 2 1893..I bought this yesterday in an local antique mall for a wooping $2.00..This is the first one I've ever seen, but I assume it is just an under poured drip base like the rest of the sharp Hemingray drip pointed Insulators..Still neat thou....note the almost flat area of drip points. Sloppy lettering also...seems to have been made with a bar like punch to make the lettering where there is straight letters and angles, etc. The embossing is shallow and very crude and crooked.... thanks
