Crude & mint from what I can see. Probably an unembossed Victor. The 2 pcs are nicely cemented together & the fluted base looks like it was made from 2 pcs. See other pics. Almost 6 1/2 inches high & fluted base is about 5" across & top section is 7" across. I forgot what I paid exactly, but I am pretty sure over 250.00. It is yours, postpaid & insured for 300.00 even. Reduce it to 250!
