Two months after finding the new "MAD IN U.S.A." CD 115 error ([id=246315599]), another unlisted CD 115 has surfaced with yet another mutilation of "MADE IN U.S.A.". This particular one is embossed "MADE IN U" ...and then the engraver took a lunch break, it seems. There is no trace of ".S.A." at all!

The mold and embossing is sharp and crisp, so it was early on in this mold's life. Undoubtedly they caught the error and corrected it at a later time.
