This is a CD 263 embossed PAT`D MAY 12 1891 over COLUMBIA with the inside of the outer skirt threaded. From the front side the insulator is spectacular. However on the reverse side there is a portion of the skirt missing. I`m going to include a second photo showing the damage. For those of you that don`t want to shell out $150 for a mint Columbia this could be a nice addition to your collection for $40 plus actual shipping cost.
