Bubble is completely sealed, the rock is actually sticking halfway out into the bubble, and bubble's walls are spackled with rock pieces. Pinhole is bulged out from the bubble half way out and insulator was unusable. Has light glass haze as I suspect the linemen just dropped it when they tried to put it on and it had lain there till found. Leave it as-is or have a light tumble done.
