Without much success in Greensboro, we decided to head to Canton and hunt part of the old Marietta & North Georgia Railroad. From my understanding, the portion we hunted was abandoned, as it appeared no trains had run on the tracks for a long time. We could be wrong though, but it sure did seem that way. Lots of weeds and small trees growing up between the rows.

This portion was just north of Canton going toward Ball Ground. There were several poles still standing in the woods, most with only 1 crossarm on each.
