Picked this up at Shupps Grove bottle fest last weekend. I don't offically collect these but I couldn't put it down. It's the 0 over the 3 embossing in the pattent date. Also has amber in the skirt and a good streak bellow the ears just above the lower skirt. You can't see in it the picture though.
