This is an unusual strain insulator I acquired from my buddy Bill Winter at the Ellensburg, WA Busted Ass Ranch swap meet.. I have seen and acquired HUNDREDS of WISP brand strains like this but it's the first of this brand I've seen. I will buy or trade for any other brand than WISP.
