Certainly among the lightest of the amber shades that I have ever encountered in these CD 230s, I managed to locate a couple of these locally-used, and startlingly brightly-coloured LOWEX CD 230s at a yard sale just a few weeks ago. These pieces have been very well cleaned, and a combination of this and the colour of the insulators make them absolutely SHINE in a window sill, or outdoors on a display pole. The glass all throughout the insulator has many, tiny seed bubbles throughout it, and in some areas the amber swirls that give it its colouration are easily visible. I would call the colour a very strong honey amber colour.

The condition of the piece is good. From what I can see, there are 3 fisheyes, all 1/8" in diametre, approximately. There is one on the very end of one of the ears, visible from the front skirt, and the other two are both on the top of one of the ears. Considering the size of the conductor that this one probably held, it's amazing that it's intact at all!
