I really like this bottle type from Asia. While I am not especially amped with porcelain or collecting it, I did want one from Japan for my collection to remember when I took a vacation there. I am hoping that someone out there might know some history of the Iwabuchi insulator company, and if they do, would they please kindly email me and ICON about it. I do not think there are a great many of these out there and would love to know more about the history. Ink embossed under glaze with IWABUCHI / S.I. / 1936 (S.I. inside a diamond).
