The new pole was already framed with double arms and two new U-880A sky blue 2 skirters and two 8 rib poly-rubber dead-ends for the 14.4 kV wire. For the neutral side, they used two sky yuk U-66x bowl types and double dead end attachments uninsulated on the cross arm. Here the pole is being lifted over to be placed in the new hole which was dug in just a few minutes with the powered auger.
