Up for sale is a CD 728.8 Boston Bottle Works. Light aqua in color. This is damaged, but it displays close to mint and has been in my CD collection for about 15 years or so. I recently upgraded. The shot in this listing shows the VVNM display angle from one mold line. All the following damage details are described looking at the insulator from the angle in the photo. The insulator has been broken in half from the front dome down to the rear skirt and reglued. The left side domw has a 1 inch high by 1/2 inch wide white bruise. The rear wire groove has a couple inch high by a couple inch wide white shell like bruise with a 1 inch lower wire ridge chip. The base in the rear has two separate 1 inch chips where the crack begins. One gets 'MAN' of OAKMAN'S. The other gets 'Y 26' from the patent date. I have several other shots of this showing the damage so please ask if you want to see them. PG says $3500 for a mint one. I am asking $325 and that includes priority mail to you. Thanks for looking.
